Two healthy salads with wild garlic

Nutritionists recommend dressing salads with wild garlic with sour cream or vegetable oil, since vitamin A, which is part of this plant, is fat-soluble and is better absorbed this way. It is important to know that wild garlic has a strong garlic smell. It is quite persistent. To eliminate it, you need to pour boiling water over the plant, but it is worth considering that this will reduce its beneficial properties.
WILD GARLIC AND CUCUMBER SALAD

YOU WILL NEED:
- 80 g wild garlic
- 2 fresh cucumbers
- 5 boiled eggs
- sour cream - to taste
- salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- Boil the eggs. Peel them and chop finely.

- Cut the cucumber into small cubes and add to the salad.
- Season the salad with sour cream, add salt and mix.
