The most delicious apple pie

Tsvetaevsky apple pie: a favorite recipe of the creative intelligentsia.
Legend has it that the sisters Marina and Anastasia Tsvetaeva often received guests and treated them to a pie made using this recipe.

Ingredients:
apple – 1 kg.
flour (wheat) – 2 tbsp.
sour cream – 0.5 cup
butter – 150 gr.
soda – 1/2 tsp.
vinegar – 1 tsp.
sugar – 1 tbsp.
eggs – 1 pc.
How to cook:
Sift the flour and mix with softened butter. Pour in 0.5 cups of water and mix well.
We extinguish the soda with vinegar and pour it into the dough, knead the dough, it should be soft and not stick to your hands.
Peel the apples (Antonovka works very well, but choose at your own discretion), remove the core and cut into thin slices.
Roll out the dough and place it on a baking pan, then place the apple slices on top.
In a separate bowl, make the cream: mix 1 cup sour cream, 1 tbsp. sugar, egg and 2 tbsp. flour, beat (it is better to do this with a mixer). The cream should be liquid.
Pour the cream over the apple dough and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 45-50 minutes.
