Personally, I love sweets. You won't believe it, but I can't live a day without eating a pastry or a piece of cake. I just crave sweets with coffee!!! And I don't deny myself this pleasure. We all work a lot and can't help but love ourselves.
There is one small but very useful piece of advice. I eat all sweets and flour products before lunch. But if I really want to, I can eat even at 10 pm. Just remember to walk a lot the next day.
