- lemon juice - 1 tbsp;

Remove the cooked crayfish to a warmed dish. Strain the sauce left over from boiling the crayfish, mix with butter and lemon juice, add black pepper and salt to taste. Heat the sauce for 2 minutes over low heat and pour it over the boiled crayfish. Serve garnished with dill and lemon slices.
