Vitamins in winter

Two recipes for mixtures to strengthen the immune system for adults and children.

1) Mince 1/2 cup of raisins, 1 cup of walnut kernels, 0.5 cup of almonds (it’s very good to add pine nuts – super immunity booster), and the peel of 2 lemons. Squeeze the lemons into a mass, and mince the peel separately. Next, add 0.5 cups of dried apricots and the same amount of prunes, 150 grams of honey. Infuse for 1-2 days in a dark place, store in the refrigerator, adults take 1-2 tablespoons 3 times a day, children from three years old take 1 teaspoon 2 times a day.

2) 200 grams of dried apricots, 200 grams of prunes, 200 grams of figs, 200 grams of walnuts, 200 grams of raisins, 200 grams of honey, 1 lemon, 50 ml of cognac. Put the dried fruits and lemon with the peel through a meat grinder, pour the mixture with honey and cognac. Put in a jar and put in the refrigerator. Take 1 tbsp before meals.
