Ingredients:

Let's prepare:

Grate or slice the cheese thinly. Boil the shrimp if they are raw, or simply defrost them if they are already boiled. Cut the tomato into very thin slices. Finely chop the garlic, mix it with mayonnaise. Spread mayonnaise on each piece of bread, put the shrimp and tomato pieces on top.

Place cheese slices on top. Place under the grill for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and browned.

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices of white bread
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 g cheese

Let's prepare:

Prepare croutons. To do this, spread butter on both sides of the bread. The butter should be at room temperature so that it can be spread thinner and more evenly.

Place the bread slices in a frying pan and fry for a few minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile, boil the eggs. Chop them with a fork. Grate the cheese, squeeze out the garlic. Mix the eggs with the cheese and garlic. Add salt and pepper. Season with mayonnaise.

Spread the egg and cheese mixture on the bread and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
