Delicious cheese omelette in pita bread

This dish is very easy to prepare, and the result is always delicious. This dish can be served not only for breakfast, but also at any other time of the day.

You will need:
- Lavash is thin - a piece slightly larger than a frying pan
- 1 egg
- 30-50 g hard cheese
- ham, sausage, meat - to taste
- salt - to taste
- 1 tbsp butter or vegetable oil
- any ingredients to taste.
Preparation:
- Mix the egg and add salt. If you use very salty cheese, you don't need to add salt.
- Grate the cheese.
- Place a piece of lavash on a greased frying pan so that the edges extend slightly beyond the frying pan. Put on low heat. If the lavash is dense, it is better to pre-wet it with water or simply sprinkle it. Or you can add 1-2 spoons of milk or water to the egg, then the lavash will steam well.
- Pour the egg onto the lavash. Sprinkle with cheese. You can add any additives, or without them.
- Fold the edges of the lavash. Turn up the heat and fry until golden brown on both sides. If the heat is too high, the lavash will burn and the filling will remain raw.
