If the vegetables are not completely immersed in the juice, it is recommended to add water. After boiling, cook the soup on high heat for 10 minutes and the same amount on low heat.
2. Chop the boiled potatoes. Grate the boiled carrots and celery roots or stalks. Pour a little water over all the vegetables and simmer. For a piquant flavor, you can grind the grated nuts with garlic and season the soup with them.
3. For 3 liters of water, put 6 onions, a small head of cabbage, celery leaves or stalks, 2 sweet peppers and a couple of tomatoes. You can add spices if desired. Cook this soup for 15 minutes over medium heat.
The celery diet allows you to eat whenever you feel hungry. However, if you achieve a weight loss result of more than 8 kg per week, you should take a break for a couple of days so as not to exhaust the body.
The following products should be excluded from the diet during the diet: alcohol and carbonated drinks, bread, fats. The amount of water consumed should not be limited.
In addition to soup, you can make a salad from celery. Just grate the celery root, turnip and carrot. Sprinkle the salad with lemon juice and sunflower oil. The second way: boil an egg, carrot, chop them. Cut cucumbers and celery stalk. Add salt and season the salad with low-fat natural yogurt or sour cream. The first, lighter recipe is suitable for dinner, and the second option should be eaten during the day.

Monday: soup, fruit, tea, coffee, cranberry juice, water. Taboo: bananas, sugar.
Tuesday: soup, vegetables, 1 baked potato, water. Taboo: beans, fruits.
Wednesday: celery soup, water, fruits, vegetables. Taboo: potatoes and bananas.
Thursday: soup, water, fruit, no more than 3 bananas, 0.5 l of low-fat milk.
Friday: 0.4 kg boiled unsalted beef, soup, tomatoes, water.
Saturday: boiled beef, soup, leafy vegetables, water. Taboo: bread, potatoes.
Sunday: soup, vegetables, brown rice, juice.
