Here are some simple exercises from the geisha arsenal that will allow you to stay in great shape for many years, both externally and internally.
Exercise complex "Beginning of a joyful day"
Do the exercises as soon as you wake up, in bed.
Rub your palms together until they warm up. Then close your eyes with them. Feel how the warmth of your hands is transferred to your eyes.
Clench your hands into fists, rub them together until they warm up. Then run your knuckles over your eyebrows – from the bridge of your nose to your temples. - 3 times
Turn your head to the right as much as you can). Hold your unfocused gaze in this direction for 10 seconds. The same to the left. – 3 times
Place your head on the back of your head and make three full circles with your eyes. Try to maximally engage not the inner eye muscles, but the muscles around your eyes.
Using your fingertips, tap your lower jaw, moving from your ear to your chin. Then move up your cheekbones, moving toward your mouth, then around your mouth, from the bridge of your nose around your eyes, and across your forehead from the center to your temples.
Close your mouth and run your tongue along the outside of your lower teeth, then along the inside. Then also along the upper teeth. – 5 times.
Tap your teeth so that your gums vibrate – 10 times
Massage your ears from top to bottom with your thumb and index finger. – 5 times
Spread and squeeze your fingers so that your hands look like an animal's paw. Then, with pressure, massage your head from the forehead to the back of the head with these hands.
Press on the back of your head with tense palms – 10-15 times
Lightly tap your chest with the inside of your fist 10 times
Sit down and rub the lower back and kidney area for 30 seconds.
Place your hands on your knees. Massage your knees with rotational movements – 30 seconds
Rub each foot thoroughly with both hands.
Now your body is awake.

"Goldfish".
Lie on your back with your arms outstretched. Legs are straight and pressed firmly to the floor. Point your toes towards you, heels resting on the floor. Stretch your legs in one direction and your arms in the other. At the same time, try to vibrate and shake your whole body, like a fish that has jumped onto the shore.
Daily performance of this exercise regulates the work of all organs and systems, puts the spine in order, and normalizes blood circulation.
Exercise for healthy veins and capillaries:
Lie on your back. Place a rolled-up towel or pillow under your neck so that there is comfortable support under your neck. Raise your straight arms and legs. Pull your feet towards you. Even out your breathing and begin to shake your hands and feet gently so that the vibration passes through your legs and arms to your body. Try not to bend your knees and gradually increase the tempo.
This exercise accelerates blood flow, prevents its stagnation, which has a beneficial effect on the veins and pelvic organs. In addition, it will help you acquire a beautiful and healthy complexion.
