Ingredients:
5 pcs. apples
200 g low-fat cottage cheese
100 g natural yogurt
1 lime or half a lemon
1 egg
raisins to taste
Preparation:
Peel and cut the apples (you can cut them any way you like) and sprinkle with lime juice.
Mix cottage cheese, yogurt, raisins, egg in a blender until airy. Put apples in a mold and pour the resulting mixture. Place in an oven heated to 180 * C and bake for 20-30 minutes.
