Pumpkin wedges baked with garlic. For healthy eating!!!

This is really very tasty and original dish.
A flavorful and low-calorie snack!
I'm sure you'll like it.

Ingredients:• Pumpkin - 300 g
• Garlic - 1 pc.
• Olive oil - 1 tbsp
• Mixture of Provencal herbs (basil, oregano and thyme) 1 tbsp.
• Balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp
• Salt, pepper - to taste

Preparation:
Peel the pumpkin (you don’t have to), cut into random slices, and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Divide the head of garlic into cloves, peel and add to the pumpkin.
Salt and pepper everything, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with Provencal herbs and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
Bake at 175 C for about 40 minutes, until soft.
Can be served as a side dish to meat dishes or as a separate dish.
