1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, peel and cut into thin slices.
2. Knead the dough. To do this, pour warm water into a large bowl, add salt and dry yeast, mix well. Pour in two cups of flour, mix. Gradually add the remaining flour and knead the dough. If the dough sticks to your hands, add more flour. Add olive oil to the dough and knead well again. Cover the dough with cling film and put it in a warm place for an hour.
3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured work surface.
4. Grease the dough layer with tomato sauce, put potato pieces on top. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with dried Italian herbs.
5. Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees. Garnish with chopped herbs before serving.

Ingredients
- frozen mushrooms300 g
- potato2 pcs.
- parsley greens
- olive oil
- flour200 g
- warm water125 ml
- dry yeast1 tsp.
- warm water125 ml
Dissolve the yeast in warm water and pour it into the sifted flour. Knead the dough, adding olive oil. As soon as the dough stops sticking to your hands, form a ball, cover with cling film and let it rest in a warm place for 40 minutes. The dough will rise 1.5 - 2 times.
After 40 minutes, divide the dough into 2 parts, roll it out into 2 flat cakes with your hands and grease with olive oil. Cut the potatoes into rings, salt and mix with olive oil.
On a flatbread greased with olive oil, fan out the potatoes, defrosted mushrooms and sprinkle with parsley. Bake the pizza at 230 degrees for 20 minutes.
