ROLLS WITH FOLL EPI CHEESE
INGREDIENTS:
10 pieces of boiled meat | |
250 g mascarpone | |
100 g arugula | |
50 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil | |
8 pieces of Fol Epi |
PROCESS
In a small bowl, mix the mascarpone and two tablespoons of olive oil from the marinated tomatoes, season with salt and pepper. Place the meat slices on a sheet of transparent film, staggered, and top with the Fol Epi slices.
Place the mascarpone mixture in the center. Add the marinated tomato pieces and roll up. Tighten tightly and refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove the film and cut the rolls into 2 cm pieces, serve with arugula.
