CREAM CHEESE VERRINES

Type of dish: Aperitif
Cooking time: from 10 to 30 min

INGREDIENTS:
1 pack of Milkana goat's milk curd cheese (150 g)80 g pitted olives
100 g bell pepper1 tbsp. l. olive oil
ground black pepperlettuce leaves (for garnish)
PROCESS
  1. Cut the olives into rings and the bell pepper into small cubes.
  2. Add Milkana goat cheese, pepper, and stir with olive oil until smooth.
  3. Mix olive rings with diced bell pepper. Place the mixture in stacks, filling them 2/3 full.
  4. Fill the remaining 1/3 of the stacks beautifully with the resulting curd cream. For this, you can use a special pastry nozzle.
  5. Place in the refrigerator to cool for at least 15-20 minutes.
  6. Garnish with lettuce leaves.
  7. Serve chilled.
