CREAM CHEESE VERRINES
Type of dish: Aperitif
Cooking time: from 10 to 30 min
INGREDIENTS:
1 pack of Milkana goat's milk curd cheese (150 g) | 80 g pitted olives |
100 g bell pepper | 1 tbsp. l. olive oil |
ground black pepper | lettuce leaves (for garnish) |
PROCESS
- Cut the olives into rings and the bell pepper into small cubes.
- Add Milkana goat cheese, pepper, and stir with olive oil until smooth.
- Mix olive rings with diced bell pepper. Place the mixture in stacks, filling them 2/3 full.
- Fill the remaining 1/3 of the stacks beautifully with the resulting curd cream. For this, you can use a special pastry nozzle.
- Place in the refrigerator to cool for at least 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with lettuce leaves.
- Serve chilled.
