"Express meat". Very fast and tasty!!!

Ingredients:
— Meat 500.0 g
— Chicken egg 2.0 pcs.
— Mustard 1.0 tbsp.
— Potato starch 0.5 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil 1.0 tbsp.
- Salt 1.0 tsp
— Pepper mixture 0.5 tsp
- Sesame 2.0 tsp
Preparation:
1. So, let's prepare the filling. It's simple, many of its components are used, for example, for chopped cutlets. But all together - it's something! So, mix eggs, starch, mustard, salt, pepper. Add your favorite spices. This time I cooked chicken fillet, and therefore decided not to add anything - I got by with my favorite set of peppers. You can take absolutely any mustard. And the taste will vary slightly. Here I used "Russian", and last time I cooked with "French". The filling is ready. Cut the meat into pieces convenient for you and mix with the filling. Send the container to the refrigerator. Preferably overnight. But the whole secret is that the meat can be stored like this for several days!! When it's time to serve lunch or dinner, all that remains is to fry it.
2. In a hot frying pan with oil, fry the pieces of meat on both sides, sprinkling with sesame seeds. The meat fries very quickly. As soon as it turns brown, it’s ready!
3. I have vegetables as a side dish. Of course, the ingredients are different every time. Today it is zucchini, eggplant, sweet pepper, carrots and tomatoes.
I cut all the vegetables, except the tomatoes, into long strips, almost into bars.
4. Oh, it would be nice to have a wok! But if you don’t have one, no problem! Let’s just take a large frying pan. Why a large one? Because the vegetables should not be stewed, but fried! At once, everything! So, fry the vegetables in a hot frying pan with a minimum of oil. On high heat!!! Stirring constantly… Fry until browned, then pour in soy sauce - about 3 tbsp. Fry some more. I also peppered it generously).
5. All that's left is to add the tomatoes. I absolutely didn't want "porridge" on the plates. And so I chose tiny tomatoes and added them whole to the almost ready vegetables. Let's fry everything together a little. The vegetables shouldn't be over-fried, the taste of each should be felt.
6. Place the meat on a plate and garnish with vegetables.
