Dessert "Enjoyment" without baking — this is a very tasty and beautiful dessert that will decorate any festive table. It is prepared very simply! Try it!

To prepare the dessert you will need:

cookies (preferably chocolate) - 200 g;

butter - 70 g;

cottage cheese - 100 g;

sugar - 2 tbsp;

sour cream 25% - 2 tbsp. l.;

fresh mint - 2-3 leaves;

fresh strawberries - 50-70 g;

grated chocolate - for decoration.

Grind the cookies in a blender until they become fine crumbs.

Melt the butter, cool and add to the cookies. Mix well.

Place the cookie mixture into silicone muffin cups, pressing the mixture well to the edges to form baskets. Place the cups in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Add sugar and strawberries (wash and dry first) to the cottage cheese.

Add sour cream and mint leaves.

Beat with an immersion blender until smooth.

Carefully remove the cookie baskets from the silicone molds and fill them with the prepared curd-strawberry mass. Place the baskets in the freezer for 15 minutes. Then sprinkle the wonderful, very tasty summer dessert "Delight", prepared without baking, with grated chocolate, decorate with mint leaves and strawberries. Serve immediately.
