Cheeseburger Pasta or There's No Such Thing as Too Much Cheese

I first cooked this pasta about two years ago, and since then the recipe has become a staple in my family. It's so simple, so easy, especially on busy work days when we need to quickly and easily cook something for lunch or dinner. And if you serve it with a salad, your lunch will be excellent!

You can cook in individual dishes or in one large fireproof dish.

Ingredients:

500 g ground beef,
3-4 tbsp. olive oil,
1 onion, diced,
1 bell pepper, diced
2-3 tbsp. green onions,
1 pack of pasta (regular, small)
2 tbsp tomato sauce,
2 tbsp sour cream (or 1-2 tbsp high fat cream),
150 g ricotta or curd cheese,
100 g hard cheese,
100 g Mozzarella cheese,
1 clove of garlic, crushed
salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation.

Cook the pasta in boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Place in a sieve and let the water drain.

Dice the onion and pepper, chop the garlic and green onions.

Meanwhile, prepare the minced meat. Heat oil in a deep frying pan, add beef, onion, green onion, garlic, and pepper, and fry until the meat is browned and the vegetables are soft.

Drain the remaining oil. Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper and fry for another 3-4 minutes.

Grate the cheese and cut the mozzarella into slices.

Now combine the prepared pasta with the minced meat, add sour cream (you can replace it with 2 tbsp. high-fat cream), ricotta (curd cheese), cheese and mix thoroughly.

Place the pasta and minced meat in a mold and put mozzarella on top.

Place in the oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 20 minutes. Decorate with parsley or any greens. Serve with or without salad, as desired!

Bon appetit!
