Want to lose weight? Eat cheese and chocolate and drink red wine!

Professor Tim Spector from King's College London has conducted new research into the impact of diet and concluded that having good bacteria in your stomach is more important than counting calories!
Wine and cheese will not only help you lose weight but also make you healthier, says Professor Tim Spector of King's College London.
By eating the right foods that help us grow good bacteria in our gut, we contribute much more to slimness than by counting calories and eating a limited range of foods. Cheese, chocolate and red wine should be on our menu, as should nuts and coffee.
"The more varied the food we eat, the more varieties of microbes we have in our bodies, making us healthier," said Professor Tim Spector.
Recommending dairy products, he said: "Typically, cheese lovers actually have less heart disease than non-cheese eaters, contrary to what your GP says. Unpasteurised cheese is one of the best things you can eat because it is one of the richest sources of live healthy microbes and fungi… Certain foods, such as oils, nuts and seeds, act as a fertiliser for microbes." The professor also urged the consumption of red wine and chocolate.
