Jamie Oliver recommends: Corn with hard cheese, lime and paprika

Ingredients:
- 6 ears of corn with intact leaves,
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise,
- extra virgin olive oil,
- 2 limes,
- 1 tablespoon paprika,
- 90 grams of hard cheese (for example, Parmesan or Pecorino).
Place the cobs in cold water for 30 minutes. Spread mayonnaise, lime juice, olive oil evenly over a large flat plate, sprinkle with paprika. Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over a second plate.
Cook the corn in a dry skillet for 25 minutes until the leaves are evenly blackened and charred. Peel back the leaves and roll each cob first in the mayo-lime bowl, then in the cheese bowl. Enjoy!
