Garlic croutons from baguette in foil. Easy and quick
Garlic croutons are easy to make - if you have a baguette at home, not necessarily too fresh, butter and garlic, you can turn them into a flavorful crunchy snack, spending a minimum of time. Garlic croutons are a great addition to beer.
Ingredients:
- French baguette 0.5 pcs.
- Butter 100 g
- Hard cheese 100 g
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Fresh dill 1 bunch
- Fresh parsley 1 bunch.
Wash and finely chop the greens. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Crush the garlic and mix with softened butter and chopped greens.
Cut half of the loaf into 1.5-2 cm thick pieces, do not make cuts all the way through. Fill the cuts with a mixture of cheese and herbs. Wrap the loaf in foil. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 200 ° C. After 15 minutes, you can open the foil and turn on the grill to get a golden crust.
