INGREDIENTS:
  • Broccoli - 500 g
  • Apple - 2 pcs.
  • White grapes - 100 g
  • Vinegar - 5 tbsp.
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp.
  • Ginger - 1 tsp.
  • Olive oil - to taste
  • Onion - 1 pc.
PREPARATION:
  1. Separate the broccoli into florets, cook in boiling water for 2 minutes, then cool.
  2. Cut the grapes into halves, the peeled apples into slices, and the sweet onion into half rings.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix olive oil with mustard, chopped ginger root, apple cider vinegar and ground pepper.
  4. Place the prepared ingredients in a deep bowl. Pour the dressing over them!

Serve this delicious broccoli salad with chicken, meat dishes or fish. It is best to bake the main dish in the oven, boil or steam it for a completely healthy dinner!
