Two healthy salads with wild garlic

Ramsons have a sharp, spicy taste similar to onions. Another name for ramsons is bear's green onions. In fact, it is a favorite spring delicacy of bears awakened from hibernation.

Wild garlic leaves are the first gifts of spring, helping to quickly restore strength after a long winter. Even the simplest salads with this plant are not only incredibly tasty and aromatic, they are also very useful.

Nutritionists recommend dressing salads with wild garlic with sour cream or vegetable oil, since vitamin A, which is part of this plant, is fat-soluble and is better absorbed this way. It is important to know that wild garlic has a strong garlic smell. It is quite persistent. To eliminate it, you need to pour boiling water over the plant, but it is worth considering that this will reduce its beneficial properties.
