Grilled Adyghe cheese.

Together we will prepare such an amazingly delicious, piquant grilled cheese with a crispy crust and fresh vegetable salad that you will lick your fingers!

Grilled Adyghe cheese is a great snack for any occasion. Fried cheese is very aromatic, with a light crust. It is delicious both hot and cold.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g Adyghe cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 3 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • salt and black pepper

Preparation:

  1. Cut the cheese into large slices.
  2. Mix the cumin crushed in a mortar, finely chopped garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the aromatic oil over the cheese, mix gently and leave for half an hour.
  4. Thread the cheese onto wooden skewers and grill on both sides until golden brown. Serve with a fresh vegetable salad.
