  • Figs - 50 g

  • Banana - 220 g

  • Honey - 20 g
  • Pear - 150 g
  • Walnuts - to taste
PREPARATION:
  1. Grind the oatmeal using a blender, grate the apples, and finely chop the dried fruit.
  2. Peel the bananas, mash them with a fork, mix with dried fruits, apples and cereal, add the egg.
  3. Place the resulting oatmeal dough into a greased cake pan and press down well, then place in the oven for 20 minutes at 160 degrees.
  4. Using a blender, mix the yogurt, cottage cheese and honey. Peel the pear and cut into thin slices.
  5. Pour the curd cream onto the hardened base, smooth it out and put it in the oven at the same temperature for 25 minutes. Decorate the finished cake with pear slices and walnuts.
